- For customers in EU: delivery typically takes 3-7 business days once shipped.
- For international orders: delivery may take 7-21 business days depending on destination, customs, and local postal services.
- Please note: deliver times are estimates. Delays can happen due to events outside our control (e.g., customs, weather, or carrier issues).
4. Order Tracking
- After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
- Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
5. Lost, Damaged or Failed Delivery
- If your parcel is lost, damaged, or the courier can’t deliver it, please contact us at amorieshopint@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- We’ll work with you to resolve the issue — this may include reshipment or refund depending on the situation.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
